I don't think any reputable attorney will give you advice to help you beat up your sister. First, you should not hit your sister or anyone else. If you have the urge to hit your sister, then I advise you to go find a psychiatrist or psychologist today and get the help you need. Whatever you do, don't hit her. You could be arrested and/or sued by your sister, and all kinds of negative things could occur to you in the future. Don't do it. Second, hitting your sister isn't going to knock sense into her, and it makes no difference that she has been threatening you or acting out. Maybe she needs counseling, too. Why don't you tell your parents and ask them to get her and you some help. I hope this helps you. Use your head, and good luck.
