Yes that is related to the damage your vehicle suffered that carrier for the at fault party should be compensating you for that loss.

Can I sue my child's school?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
No. There are no damages. Inconvenience, possible theoretical lack of adequate protection, but no injury. Lawsuit is not the answer. Communication is. You need to have a calm, face-to-face sitdown meeting with the school superintendant to rationally discuss what happened, what the standards are and how they intend to address this so it doesn't happen again.
