About Mr. Howard A. Raphaelson

In 1992 Howard Raphaelson founded what is currently known as Raphaelson & Levine. From early on, after Cardozo Law School Mr. Raphaelson was resolute in making sure that each personal injury victim and their family were treated with dignity, respect, with a deep personal commitment to a standard of excellence. Mr. Raphaelson always felt the impact of how his clients were affected by injuries and was able to bring that empathy into court room and negotiations each day.

His approach has always been on making sure each clients and insurance companies treated everyone as a person, not a file. This is one the main reason why Raphaelson have always been able to recover results for his clients both in the courtroom and out.
