Established almost 90 years ago the firm of Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf continues in its commitment to the skilled prosecution of personal injury litigation. In order to provide the best possible service to its clients, the firm limits its practice to a select group of serious and substantial tort cases in the specialty areas of general negligence, professional and medical malpractice, labor law, construction law, premises liability, product liability and aviation law. Case intake is limited to approximately 100 cases a year so that extensive personal attention and full trial preparation are afforded on all matters. The vast majority of cases are referred by fellow members of the bar or former clients who are intimately familiar with the firm's respected reputation as trial and appellate specialists.

Marijo Adimey is a wonder. She's a strategic thinker, a tireless worker, and an indefatigable advocate for those who have been wronged. I know because she represented me and my children in a difficult case involving the death of my husband. She never gave up. She always inspired me. Ms. Adimey is an amazing exemplar of her profession. I am lucky to know her. She changed our lives for the better.

Hired Attorney Marijo Camille Adimey

Marijo Adimey handled my mother's malpractice case. She was very sympathetic, compassionate,and truly cared about my mother--her client. She was very easy to deal with and responded to all my questions immediately at all times of the day or even on the weekend. Marijo always looked out for the best interest of my mother and always put her first. After a very long battle with her sickness (5 years) my mother unfortunately died but Marijo never gave up and settled the case for her.

I cannot say enough about Marijo Adimey. A medical malpractice case is devastating, especially when death is involved. I was comfortable the minute I met Marijo. I was scared & intimidated during the whole process. Marijo always made sure I was informed and at ease. She fought as if it were her battle. She responded to my questions, ridiculous or not, quickly -- never rushed or put me off. She made me feel I was her only concern. A wonderful experience during a horrible time of my life.

I reached out through the firm’s website. No one ever contacted me or even acknowledged receipt of my inquiry. Very rude especially in our situation where our personal safety is involved. No one attorney listed on Martindale replied to my emails.
