Can I sue the drunk driver that caused me neck and back pain?

Answered by attorney Michael J. Leizerman
Personal Injury lawyer at The Law Firm for Truck Safety LLP
Since you were on the job, you should be able to make a workers' compensation claim. You can also bring a claim against the drunk driver or sue the drunk driver if you did not already settle the claim and sign a release. It is not clear from your description, but it sounds like you may have settled when you received a little money from the drunk driver's insurance company.

What can be done about naked pictures posted without permission on a social networking site?

You can sue the person for stealing the computer. You can seek an injunction ordering that the photos be taken down, returned or destroyed. You may also be able to sue the person for invasion of privacy. I would start with Instagram, though, and see if it has a procedure to deal with this issue before hiring a lawyer.

Can I sue for being sexually assaulted?

Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
I think you can sue for more than that. I've never heard of a "felony free community", but if the apartment complex advertises itself as such, and residents complained about this individual, and yet they did not make him leave, I'd say that they are in violation of their own standard, which makes them liable not only for medical expenses, but physical pain and mental distress as well. You need an experienced personal injury lawyer in your area. Interview several and see who you are most comfortable with and confident in.
