Can I sue my doctor if I was not treated properly?

In order to prove a medical malpractice case, a claimant must prove a failure to conform to accepted practice, resulting in an injury. A bad result is not enough, and if it is a "judgment call" by the doctor, there is no malpractice, even if the doctor made the wrong call. You will need to get copies of ALL of your medical records and have a doctor review them; if he/she is willing to testify that your previous doctor failed to conform to accepted practice, then you have a case. But, these cases are always difficult, expensive and time-consuming. They do not settle. So, unless you have catastrophic injuries, it may not be worthwhile to pursue. You might try filing a complaint with the Department of Health or other agency that licences doctors in your state. They will investigate and if the report comes back favorable to you, that may help with obtaining a new doctor's opinion.

If he is insured, the carrier will cover your car damage. If he was uninsured, your policy should hopefully cover your car.

If you are in NC the age of majority is 18. And you tell me you want to live with your mama and either sue her or have her arrested. I suggest you rethink the issue and either drop the idea or move out, support yourself and leave your mama alone.
