Can I hold my neighbor who broke my water pipeline responsible for the lack of running water in my house?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
Yes you can. Your neighbor's contractor broke it, it's up to him to fix it. If he can't figure it out, he should get someone who can. Meanwhile, get a hold of your insurance company. It might be easier for you to put in a claim with them, get the situation rectified, and then let them chase the contractor to get their money back.

Well your estate may sue for your death, perhaps the cost of the skydiving event and the cost of scraping your remains off the ground.

You don't have to accept the settlement offer. You can also consult with another attorney regarding your injuries.
