It would appear that you have defined a cause of action, your friend should immediately take all of the evidence which he has and see an attorney. You are welcome to call my office.

Fight fire with fire. Make a YouTube video showing the camera, state that you paid for it and dare him to sue you. Then when he doesen't, you can point to the fact that he did not contradict you.

Is it legal to fire someone on workman’s compensation, if not can I sue them?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
Since it appears that they did not do it in retaliation for the injury, I think they can. However, I don't know that terminating you will end the worker's compensation payments. Call your worker's compensation commission and discuss the situation with them.
