How can I get disability help for my Hepatitis C?

Answered by attorney Robert Morrison Lucky (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The Lucky Law Firm, PLC
The majority of people who apply for social security disability are denied several times before they are ever approved. There are many different things that are reviewed when you apply. Please feel free to give my office a call and we can discuss your case. Please have any letters that you have received from the Social Security Administration available when you call.

What statutes in new york could be sued for someone having a heart attack at the restaurant?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
The conditions that generate heart attacks take a long time coming. Eating one meal will not generate a heart attack. CPR will not prevent one. Whether CPR will reduce the effects of a heart attack is a medical question, not a legal one. I have to think that, while CPR should help, there are times when the underlying physical condition is so poor that nothing can be done.

What can I do if they are now using my information in a deceitful manner?

David F. Stoddard
Answered by attorney David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The David F. Stoddard Law Firm
It really depends on what information they are using and how they are using it. For example, if they are putting your phto and name on their advertising, there may be nothing you can do. If they are using your Social Security Number to incur debt in your name, you might call the police.
