How do I approach this incapable dentist and charge him for dental negligence?

Answered by attorney Lori A. Beck
Personal Injury lawyer at Beck Law Office, LLC
Medical malpractice cases require a certification by another medical provider saying that what the initial medical provider did was negligent. So, if the second dentist said the first dentist was negligent and is willing to testify to that, you may have a case.

Is there a maximum amount of compensation you can receive in a settlement in a personal injury case being injured at work?

Brian Samuel Malkin
Answered by attorney Brian Samuel Malkin (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Rosenbaum Segall, P.C.
Since you were injured at work, you might be entitled to workers compensation benefits. These typically pay about 2/3 of your average weekly wage per week plus reasonably necessary and work injury related medical bills. Be sure that your employer has reported your injury to its workers compensation carrier. The employer has 21 days from the date of the injury to accept it and start paying or deny it. If denied, you will need to file a claim.

What is a school's responsibility for a serious personal injury?

Personal Injury lawyer at Klisz Law Office, PLLC
While suing a school is difficult, with government immunity, it can be done and this sounds like the case to investigate further. I would be happy to discuss the matter with you.
