Hired Attorney

DO NOT USE THEM! I paid Mark Cargill $3000. I met with his wife (about 30 min.), who called me the next day and advised my total cost would be $3000 per Mr. Cargill. I made several phone calls with no response. It was dozens of phone calls, emails, and requests to meet with Mr. Cargill. To date, I have NEVER seen or spoken with him. I finally spoke with another attorney about my issue and asked for a refund. Mrs. Cargill only responded to a few emails and a couple of phone calls. She outright lied to me twice. The first time I asked the receptionist for a refund, she informed me they don’t give refunds. That was the first time I had heard that. I asked again for a refund. I received a letter notifying me that they set a court date to withdraw from representing me. As far as I am concerned they are thieves!!!!!
