I went to Todd Miner after GEICO started playing games with the settlement check, mind you AFTER they reported to Medicare that they were offering a settlement and therefore were TRYING to send me a check made out to me AND Medicare therefore meaning the check would NEVER be able to be cashed and therefore GEICO would end up keeping the money.
