I went to Todd Miner after GEICO started playing games with the settlement check, mind you AFTER they reported to Medicare that they were offering a settlement and therefore were TRYING to send me a check made out to me AND Medicare therefore meaning the check would NEVER be able to be cashed and therefore GEICO would end up keeping the money. Todd and his simply amazing partners and exemplary staff went to bat for me against GEICO even though there was not a lot of money to be made of my case,

At the time of receiving the call from my father-in-law who had a car accident, my first reaction was to know his health and if he had called 911. When I saw that he was sore and stunned by the accident we got to the hospital and they took over the health condition of him at that time. It was at this time that I decided to call the lawyer Todd Miner, who took care of me directly and advised me about the procedures we should do for my father-in-law's well-being. Great advised and great results!

I feel I had to write this review. In late 2010, I had the ability to meet with Atty Todd Miner. Which is a very professional law firm, extermely hard working on my behalf, courteous in every way. From customer service returning my calls, and letting me know what going on and what to expect from time to time. His staff is fantastic. I felt he was not only my attorney but a friend looking out for my best interest at all time. Now his paralegal who I had to name Lyn Sue she is wonderful.
