Tuve un accidente de auto donde un auto mientras caminaba en el parking de la escuela de mi hijo me golpeo a mi hijo y a mi para septiembre 2 de 2014, al sol de hoy mayo 28 de 2015 todavia el caso no se ha culminado, segun la ultima llamada de conferencia que tuve con la persona encargada de mi caso ya todo estaba en proceso y se encontraba en contabilidad para la preparacion de los cheques, el dia de hoy 28 de mayo de 2015 recibo tres cartas de cobros de gastos medicos. Que han hecho nada?

My mother hire this law firm after a car accident, after a year my mother passed away it been 9months that my mother passed away. When I pass by the office to drop death certificate the girls that work at front desk are very unprofessional and clueless of what their job is the where hiding behind a door looking at me and whispering to each other. After that the paralegal call me 4 months later asking to speak to my mother when I told her that she has passed she ask me when it happened

We truly care about you... Lou Pendas TV commercial. Beware people who "care" about you and have not met you. This law firm will NOT call you back. It has been 7 months for me, I have never met or spoken to my attorney. They will ring your phone once and hang up, so they can "register" a call to you. They want every question on a conference call so they can charge you additional. They received my check months ago-- and are just holding it. I was stopped at a red light and was rear ended. BEWARE

I am speechless to see people who posted great reviews. I even got chest pains with this "law firm". I had an accident a year ago, it took place in Puerto Rico. I gave them my case and trust they said the case had potential since was injured and it was negligence. Since January and calling every month, I was told the case was fine and trust them. In September 4th I called was told everything was ok, but I got a letter on sept 5th telling me they will not take the case. I find this irresponsible!

The Pendas Law Firm handled my case very poorly since October 15 2012, where a car ran a red light and destroyed my vehicle.Not until 01/31/2013 where I was contacted to settle the case for 4600 because according to one of the attorneys,the opposing insurance company would not pay more.After I signed the settlement they refused to give me the money because they said that a new law was passed that all medical bills had to be satisfied.The Pends Lawfirm were negligent in informing me of the change

MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID $75,000 IN 2011 AND AFTER 16 MONTHS THEY GAVE ME A $10,000 CHECK FOR THE CASE SETTLEMENT, AND THEN 3 DAYS LATER TOOK IT BACK SAYING IT WAS A MISTAKE AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME SINCE OTHER THAN SAYING THEY ARE WORKING ON THE CASE STILL - VERY BAD COMMUNICATION WITH ME THE CLIENT -NUMEROUS TIMES I HAVE ASKED FOR A WRITTEN STATEMENT OF THE STATUS OF MONEY PAYOUTS TO MEDICAL PROVIDERS OR STATUS OF PENDING PAYMENTS AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO CALLS, EMAILS OR FAXES FOR THE REQUESTED INFORMATION.
