I've read some of the reviews written and honestly, I believe the true nature Of most reviews have been deleted. ..I have been a customer of the Pendas law firm For some seven (7) months and the experience has been nothing short of horrific. They don't respond to my calls and provide little to no value information regarding the case. Unfavorable reviews have been deemed unrecognized by the firm.

Very hard to contact case managers. Slow response time, and limited information when given. The entire time I was with them, I never heard from them, unless I contacted them, and it took over a day or more to contact me back unless I was persistent and called several times a day. They have attitudes when you do call. Never felt that my best interest or my best resolution for me was a focus for them, I always felt that their best interest was at hand. I felt more of an aggravator rather than clie

I have been dealing with mold sickness from negligence on the property management company which failed to fix critical issues that resulted in me getting very ill, losing work and devaluing my home and quality of life. They took my case and then dropped the ball. Unanswered phone calls, poor communication with staff and then to find out they declined my case after months without notifying me or giving me a reason all the while the statute of limitations is ticking away. I declined another firm because they were so assertive in getting me as a client. The most unprofessional firm who uses fake reviews and large billboards to gain trust.

Stay far away from this law firm, and if you hear the names Alex and Catherine run for the hills these guys are real crooks behind a desk. There only concern is to make money for themselves in the name of “ we care about you” pendas to sum it all up shortly I’m still blind from one eye never been compensated but they were sure to have me signed there release form for there 33% when it all started.

Mi experiencia con esta firma a sido fatal, la comunicacion fue pobre ellos se enfocan en resolver los casos donde ellos van a ganar mucho dinero y los casos para ellos insignificantes los dejan por un lado, we demoraron casi 3 años para darnos una cantidad miserable basicamente ellos toman casi el 50% de tu dinero Diego Madrigal fue un mentiroso que cerro el caso con el seguro por nada. Bajo ninguna circunstancia recomiendo esta firma.

I was a client of Mr Larry Trias on a personal injury case six months ago! I had to schedule times weeks in advance just to speak with him. I could not ever meet with him. Then I found out the reason was that he traveled from another city too far away to even spend time with me or my case. He left everything to his Asst who also was never available and I had to leave several messages for her. I also had to do her work. When I got upset that they were neglecting my case they dropped me!!!

I dont like this place i was told i had a good case then i hired them ... what a huge mistake they dont call you or return calls they never met the lawyers they dont return calls. They lie tell you one thing then do another ... settled my case without telling me didn't know until i kept calling did not even settle it for no where near what they promised.its going on a year and nothing.. they talk without saying anything.its more flustrating than the accident. no referral nor businesfrom me ever
