Stephen Black, Esq. has been practicing Personal Injury and Immigration law for more than 25 years. Lawyer only recovers a fee if a settlement or verdict is procured. This gives me the time to treat every case as if it was my most important case. Stephen handles car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, cruise ship injuries, theme park accidents, slips and falls, trips and falls, security negligence, funeral home negligence, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, premises liability cases and more. Stephen represents accident victims throughout the State of Florida.

My firm also practices Immigration Law. My office assists immigrants with all immigration matters including but not limited to Family based Immigration, Fiancé visas, Adjustment of Status, Immediate relative petitions, Green cards, and Consular Law Processing. Stephen charges a flat fee of $2,500 for marriage based green card cases for processing inside the US. He charges a flat fee of $2,500 for fiancé visa cases if processing overseas at the US Consulate. Stephen represents clients in every US state and all over the world.

Hired Attorney Stephen Black

Barrister Black was stellar in his effectiveness as my attorney. The funny thing was we never even had to take the case to trial. We settled and I was pleasantly pleased w/ the award amount. (I'll put my son through college because of it!) I've referred Mr. Black ever since. Great communication skills, great value and very punctual as well.

Originally I felt we should arbitrate instead of sue because I didn't want the complexity of involving lawyers but Mr. Black convinced me otherwise. He was very patient explaining everything about our case and it's various options and made a stressful experience much more palatable. More than fair settlement - Very pleased overall.
