Stephen Black, Esq. has been practicing Personal Injury and Immigration law for more than 25 years. Lawyer only recovers a fee if a settlement or verdict is procured. This gives me the time to treat every case as if it was my most important case. Stephen handles car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, cruise ship injuries, theme park accidents, slips and falls, trips and falls, security negligence, funeral home negligence, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, premises liability cases and more. Stephen represents accident victims throughout the State of Florida.

My firm also practices Immigration Law. My office assists immigrants with all immigration matters including but not limited to Family based Immigration, Fiancé visas, Adjustment of Status, Immediate relative petitions, Green cards, and Consular Law Processing. Stephen charges a flat fee of $2,500 for marriage based green card cases for processing inside the US. He charges a flat fee of $2,500 for fiancé visa cases if processing overseas at the US Consulate. Stephen represents clients in every US state and all over the world.

i met Stephen last august on this web when i got my US citizinship. So my mum had overstay her tourist visa for some reason. When i stated talking to many lawer all of them were having different answer.But the only one that was very optimist and helpfull was Stephen even if mr and my family were scare because we had never deal with a lawer. so to cut the story short Stephen gave Us plenty answer to all our questions. Then we move on with him for about 8months .he did everything necessary for my mum to have her Green Card without no issue. he was keeping us update with everything. from Florida to my hometown Randallstown (Maryland) Stephen did all his best. He is very cheap depending of cases. Thank you for everything Stephen .i recomand Stephen for all Immigration cases. he is the best

I hired Steve for my immigration case to sponsor my bride to get her green card. I am a US citizen and my bride was from Romania and we wanted to process the visa in London where I was stationed for my job. Other lawyers said Alina would have to process at the Consulate in Romania, her home country. Thank God I found Steve. Steve worked the system so we actually did process in London, saving us enormous travel costs and border crossings. I highly recommend Steve for your Immigration case!!!
