I ended up going with another lawyer to execute a post nup which was a disaster as Mr. Marse predicted (took way longer than quoted and they couldnt get an agreement with my ex). I ended up going back to Mr. Marse to retain him to do the uncontested divorce which was filed and completed in less than a month as promised and couldnt have gone smoother.
