I was falsely accused of sexual assault in Lincoln, Nebraska by a woman. I gave a statement to a police officer in which I said things which made me look guilty. Not only that, the police also dug their record to find out that another woman had also made allegation of sexual assault about me in the same jurisdiction, which was also a false allegation, but it made my case look indefensible.
I knew I was innocent but I was hopeless. But in a "die trying" mood I started contacting the best possible

Working with Evan Stein was wonderful. He has kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was always responsive, whenever I had questions and asked him via email or phone call, he responded in a timely manner. He has always been proactive in reaching out to me, explaining my paths for different course of actions I can take, while breaking down legal terminology to easily-digestible words. My husband was granted a low rating on his initial disability claim thru the VA. We realized that claim wasn't presented properly. It takes a person with basic knowledge in healthcare/medical terminology. I found Berry Law by word of mouth. After initial phone consult(15min), we were contacted by case manager, Devin Lovgren. He appealed prior claims & added new. The claims reviewers at VA, have NO medical knowledge. Thats why claims have to be THOROUGH. Within 90 days my husbands rating, was increased from 60%, to 90%, to 100%. TOTAL & PERMANENT. The only fee Berry Law took, was on appealed claims. That fact didn't affect the work Devin put in to get us to 100%. Soo thankful to him. He was helpful in explaining all benefits that are available when reaching 100%. He was a patient & great listener. My husband completely opened up, which is hard for a man/soldier of his generation. HIRE THIS FIRM for VA disability help!
