Hired Law Firm

Attorney Naumcheff and his network of attorneys are the most knowledgeable Labor Attorneys I have ever met and worked with in my 38 years in Law Enforcement. If I needed an attorney personally or professionally he would be the only one I would call. If he is unable to handle the situation due to time or knowledge of the issue, he will do his own research or refer you to a another credible attorney. I would highly recommend him for what ever situation you find yourself in needing an attorney.

Hired Attorney Brett M. Naumcheff

Thought highly of him some years ago, but recently sent several letters with no response, not even to tell me to pound sand.

I do not recommend Brett Naumcheff. He seemed uninterested in my daughters case, and performed only the minimum requirements for her divorce. He only became interested when he thought I would be paying her fees...His fee nearly doubled thereafter. My daughter settled her case prior to mediation because she didn't have confidence in Brett's ability to represent her. If you're looking for an Attorney to fight for a fair an equitable settlement, I would look for someone else .
