About Mr. Anthony Robles

Anthony Robles is the owner of the Robles Family Law Firm. He founded the Robles Family Law Firm in August 2008 with the goal of providing quality legal services for the people of Odessa, Midland, Andrews and the remainder of the Permian Basin.

Anthony’s strong, personal and professional representation has achieved success for hundreds of his clients in divorce, child support, custody, visitation, grandparent rights and criminal cases.

Anthony graduated from Eden High School (Eden, TX) before attending McMurry University (Abilene, TX) where he majored in Political Science, minored in Business Administration and graduated Magna cum Laude. He then attended law school at Penn State’s prestigious Dickinson School of Law (Carlisle, PA).

Although he enjoyed living in Pennsylvania, Anthony couldn’t wait to get back to Texas. After completing law school, he moved to the Permian Basin and founded the Robles Family Law Firm, P.C. shortly after.

Upon returning to Texas, Anthony immediately became involved with his community. He became active in the State Bar of Texas, where he is a member of the Family Law Section and Criminal Justice Section, and served on the Public Relations Committee. From a statewide pool of applicants, he was selected to participate in the State Bar’s Leadership program. Locally, he is involved in the Ector County Young Lawyer’s Association, in which he has served as the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Since founding the Robles Family Law Firm, Anthony has stayed involved with his community. He devotes substantial time to Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas to help those in need to free legal services in Odessa and his commitment to helping the less fortunate was recognized in 2010 when he received the Spirit of Service award. He sponsors numerous youth sports teams. Anthony’s devotion to leadership in the legal community was recognized by the State Bar of Texas when he was accepted to the Leadership SBOT program out of a statewide pool of applicants.

In his spare time, Anthony likes to read, play sports and spend time with his wife, daughter, and dog.

I was lost and heartbroken missing my daughter came to Mr. Robles he told me what he thought and we went for it. It was a long journey but he got done exactly what we set out for. I could never give enough praise to him and his staff for bringing my daughter back into my life and would recommend his law firm to anyone.

Mr Robles was professional, knowledgeable and overall very helpful in my case. Initially I thought his fee was a bit high, although not knowing what going to be involved and how thorough his firm has to be with family law. By the end I was impressed and his fee was appropriate for my case. I recommend his firm.

The entire team put in effort for my divorce to be resolved as quickly and as easily as possible. Chris was an amazing lawyer to work with and explained everything in detail. They handled basically everything. If I ever need this service again (hopefully not) I would trust them with my case in a heartbeat. Thanks for the effort and work to the entire firm.

I am currently working with Robles Law firm and it’s been a journey that started in 2019 but I do blame this long journey because of the pandemic. I am starting to see results and hope for a good fair outcome. I would recommend Robles Law Firm.

Working with Anthony Robles was a great experience! He is very knowledgeable in family laws, and is ready to defend your case. He has two paralegals working with him, and uses "MyCase" as a means of communication about your case. He is also a flat fee attorney, which means that in the long run you pay less than you would with an hourly attorney. The only complaint I would have would be that you have to stay on top of his law firm to keep you updated on your case. They are not very responsive to messages through "MyCase."

Great in the beginning but once I paid the service went down hill from there. We filed for an amicable divorce December of 2020. Courts were backed up so understandably we had to wait until may of 2021 to see the judge. I was told they would file the final paperwork and the divorce was done. Between may 2021 and December 2021 I called three times and emailed countless times to ask about the final paperwork and was reassured the courts were backed up and it has been filled waiting on a judges signature. In January 2022 I finally was able to speak with someone that actually looked into the case and the paperwork was never filed and filed it for us. SHE was responsive and very apologetic of the whole situation and explained they could not keep staff, she was also new and was going to do everything in her power to get it done. One year after seeing the judge, in June 2022 my divorce was final. I am greatful to have finally spoke to someone in their office that actually listened to me!
