Didn’t get a response from online inquiry but after I called the actual office it was good. Personable and friendly. He was honest and very much so could’ve taken money from me but advised/suggested a few things beforehand. I’d definitely use him should s’thing else come up.
I rarely heard from Mr. Tierney unless by letter. No updates received, & if I called his office I had to speak to his secretary/assistant & she usually sounded harried, pissed-off, and not pleased to have to deal with my questions. I basically felt like a stranger to both of them, & had to try to keep on top of things myself because of the lack of communication. I didn't expect anything like you see on attorney television shows, but I never got the feeling that they cared about my problems.
