As a potential client, I had a question regarding my case. On the phone, I was directed to someone who admitted to not being an attorney, yet “advised” me to sign a medical record release document for the insurance company handling my claim, telling me it obviously had to be done. She never saw the document in question, or got thorough details on it or my case. Shame on you. I insisted on speaking with an attorney, and was hung up on.
