Attorney Matt Hardin, a second-generation lawyer from Cookeville, Tennessee, is the founder and owner of Matt Hardin Law, PLLC. A Rhodes College graduate, he earned both his master’s and law degrees from the University of Tennessee. Matt concentrates his practice on plaintiff personal injury, car and tractor-trailer accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and premises liability throughout Tennessee’s three grand divisions and in Kentucky. His leadership roles include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, where he now serves as a Trustee for LIFT (Lawyers Involved for Tennessee). He is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation and an active member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and Kentucky bar associations, as well as the Kentucky Justice Association. He and his wife, Janet, reside in Nashville with their three children and enjoy coaching youth sports, boating on Center Hill Lake, and searching for the perfect southern barbecue.
