I'm so glad I retained Richard to represent me during my divorce which was just finalized. It could have been very long and contentious, but Richard did an amazing job of working with my ex's attorney to negotiate a fair agreement. He did everything he could to keep the legal costs down for me and kept meetings and correspondence brief, yet was always responsive. He has so much experience and knowledge working with divorce cases I felt very secure with his advice. In the end it came down to the wire and he jumped through hoops to get everything wrapped up for me quickly, and I am very pleased with the final outcome. Hired Attorney Bari Zell Weinberger

When I got divorced (2+ years ago), I was pressured to agree to the parenting schedule that my ex-wife proposed in order to settle and avoid court. This arrangement was fragmented and left my ex-wife with more time. Before approaching Weinberger, I had spoken with 3 or 4 other lawyers. All of them told me that it's impossible to change the schedule so soon after getting divorced. When I spoke with Jennifer Varga at Weinberger, she worked with me to come up with a strategy to approach the situation. We eventually filed a motion and made the impossible possible. In court, she kept her cool while the adversary did not. Jennifer stuck to the facts and the judged granted us to undergo an evaluation by a Child and Adolescent Psychologist. We eventually got an equal parenting time schedule and were able to settle with a consent order that also put many other tools & arrangements into place to help facilitate several post-divorce issues that came up. Thank you, Jennifer!

Working with Richard made the process of divorce less complicated. I was consistently about to trust him to be thorough and make sure I didn't miss any steps or make any missteps. Divorce is a challenging and emotional process. Richard and his paralegal were available to support and guide me whenever I reached out with a question or needed a better understanding of the timeline.
