I cannot stress this enough—DO NOT use Fallin and McIntosh for your closings! Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, their lack of communication has been appalling. We had to chase them down repeatedly just to get updates on the status of our closing. Assisting our international client was already a complex process, but their inefficiency made it exponentially worse. Weeks after the transaction, we are still waiting on verification of the wire, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was just hung up on by the attorney when trying to resolve the issue. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for their clients is shocking. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this office!!!
