Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. Terri Easlon did an outstanding job restating our trust and updating our other estate planning documents. She asked all the right questions, explaining in detail the the choices and ramifications of how we wanted to proceed. The documents were produced in a timely manner and she explained each one in detail during the signing. Within a few days we had a professional binder with all our estate planning documents held within. During the process we had excellent communication via face-to-face visits, phone calls, and emails. All of our dealings with Drobny Law Offices have been so positive and professional during the last 7 years that we have been clients.

Working with Mr. Drobney was a very positive experience. He was very easy to work with. He was professional but had an easy manner and made me very comfortable asking questions of which I had a lot. He listened carefully and his answers were easy to understand. He asked me detailed questions to make sure he understood what I wanted in updating the trust. It was completed in a timely manner and when I went in to collect it he went through it page by page to explaining any questions and to again make sure it was what I had wanted. I would recommend him highly.

Mark Drobny did a presentation at seminar at my employer's office. He presented information about revocable living trusts that resonated with me. I made an appointment to discuss our estate position. He is very knowledgeable and answered all questions fully. We can tell he has passion in his work and uses his vast experience in helping us make trust decisions and put our minds at ease. He (and his office) was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his services.

I met Mark at a retirement seminar at SMUD. Mark explained trusts well so that I could understand. I filled out a card and they called me. I came in and Mark walked me through everything again. I signed on to have him create a trust for me. I have a particularly difficult set of family circumstances, in that two of my adult children struggle with mental illness, one is normal, and my wife would need help getting through all of this if I were to pass. Mark walked me through the best options for everything. In the end we made sure my kids would be taken care of in the best way possible for each of their situations, and my wife knows that Mark will be there to help her through what to do should anything happen to me. Mark and his staff, walked me through changing everything to the trust, and they gave me specific instructions for each of my policies to get it done easily. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am and thankful i am to have found Mark. Thank you Mark and staff!!!

Due to signifiant personal and tax law changes, my wife and I needed to revise our entire trust/will portfolio that had been done 12 years ago by a large corporate firm which no longer has a robust trust and estate practice. We were looking for an experienced lawyer specializing in trusts/estates, is easy to work with, and with younger partners and associates who will be around when the time comes for our estate to pass to our heirs. Mr. Drobny fit the bill to a tee. He was very responsive, keeping the process simple and direct and explaining complex concepts in understandable language. We were also able to follow up with documentation and edits by email. We appreciated the fixed price for the entire trust portfolio, and the annual review offered cost-free. Overall, we were very happy with the services provided and feel confident that when life changes occur, Mr. Drobny, his partners and associates will be there to ensure our trust portfolio is executed as intended.
