Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. Hired Law Firm

A phone call with Mark..He immediately started verbally abusing me telling me your father died less than 30 days ago and all you care about is what money he left you. 10 minutes later he had told me over 6 times how my father had just died and all I seemed to care about was money. I hung up the phone in complete disbelief. I was so angry I decided he at least deserved to hear how upset he had made me less than 30 days after my father had passed. He immediately responded saying he didn’t have time to read my email but he had time to write another long email doubling down on his insults to me. Here is an exert “It is highly unusual that less than a month after someone has died that someone is demanding a complete and detailed breakdown of all of the assets in the estate. I’m happy to see that you’ve worked through your grief so quickly and got down to the business of demanding an accounting.” He actually charged my stepmother for both the verbally abusive phone call and email...

Hired Law Firm

I had to call 5 times to try to schedule an appointment. The secretary was never available when I called and the receptionist was rude. Then when I got through the process of meeting with Mr. Drobny and becoming a client, again every time I tried to call it was impossible to get anyone on the phone without a game of phone tag for a week or longer. For the kind of money this firm charges, I would expect way better customer service. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!!!
