Hired Law Firm

It’s challenging enough to work through the physical and mental recovery process from an illness, but to work with a lawyer who demonstrated zero empathy, encouragement, and professionalism when tasked with handling my case was not something I expected to experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend using attorney Mark Klotzbuecher to anyone looking for an interested, involved, or responsible attorney to handle the case. Tact and time management sensitivity are just two of the many issues I encountered with this attorney. I was more proactive about presenting my case and following up and through with it than he was. The final straw involved calling for an update on my case only to be advised resolution had come in over a month earlier, but must’ve been lost or misplaced. Hopefully when he requires legal representation himself, he finds someone more respectful and dedicated to his client than I did. Extremely disappointed and regret using the firm and lawyer specifically.
