Fields Law Firm - Social Security Disability Pro

Was a good experience having Fields Law Firm representing me with my SSA Disability claim. It can be difficult to negotiate the path between your workplace, insurance company and SSA by yourself. Fields was able to keep everything on track and my claim (first time being reviewed) was approved earlier than expected. Thank you Fields Law Firm!

Mark handled my case very well considering multiple complications and got me most likely the best results possible. He responded when I had concerns promptly. I would recommend following his advice to a t. I was unable to due to circumstances beyond my control. I would definitely recommend.

Was very much worth hiring this law firm. Up front, honest, and very supportive along the way. I know it is hard to do, but the only thing I wish I had more of, was communication during the lull process. Just a quick reach out after the hearing to reassure me that the wait is usual . Positive words during the 60 day wait would have been alot better for my personal being to calm me down some. Other than that, kudos to the firm and all that work there on our behalf!

I felt Zach was very knowledgeable, but his main plus, I enjoyed his manner and personality. Life is too short to deal with rude and grumpy people, no matter how smart. Zach returned my calls in a timely manner, checked in with me to see how things were and kept me posted on the status of my case.

Dana was great. She was always very responding to my phone calls.She treated me with respect, and worked with me on explaining every step along the way. Dana was empathetic to my situation and professional.

I am a current client and chose Fields based on the many of the reviews I read and am disappointed so far. I get no communication from them unless I initiate it. I feel like I have to constantly follow up to ensure my case is being worked on. When I do email or call they are very responsive but then there is no additional communication until I initiate it again. If they say something will happen in two weeks I have to call in three. If they say they will have some call me I have to follow up and ask why now one called. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend Mr. Klotzbuecher as I was dissapointed with the level of responsiveness and lack of understanding of the details of my case. I had difficulty getting a prompt response via phone calls or emails as many times it took many days to over a week for a response. When I would get a return phone call the discussions were cut very short (5-10 min) and was even told during calls that he didn't have time to discuss things with me in detail. I felt that my case was just a number and was not given much time to provide me advice on how we should approach my case. There were times when I had to correct details of my case while on the phone as the specifics were all wrong multiple times. I was so concerned on the lack of response and professional advice that I actually contacted a competing law firm and had over a 30 minute discussion with a lawyer on the specifics of my case. I received more information and better advice on that call than during my entire case with Fields

Based on my experience with Fields Law Firm for my SSDI case, I would not recommend this firm for representation as it concerns Social Security. I was 26 at the time of submitting my application for social security benefits in 2022 and I retained Fields Law Firm at the very beginning of the process which is the initial stage. The attorney I was assigned had only been representing social security disability claimants for less than 24 months. The firm did not start collecting medical records from all of my providers until the hearing stage, which was nearly three years after the date of the initial application. I was denied at the initial, reconsideration, and hearing level with this firm. Paralegal didn’t return calls & attorney attempted to go to hearing with an incomplete medical record before I made the discovery. Attorney I was assigned didn’t appear proficient in the field of social security disability claims. Representation was subpar. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm. No elite staff.
