Go with someone else. Their communication is non-existent and they don't care about you as a client. No phone calls unless I called them and then it would take two or three tries to get a hold of someone. I got notified of my denial by a letter from them a month after I already received the decision from social security. And they filed for an appeals council without talking to me first as I had already hired a new lawyer.

This law firm will only take a case if they know they don't have to work hard at it. In other words, if they agree to take your case, just file on your own, because if they agree to take it, it means it's a sure thing with ssi admin. Not very professional when his staff hangs up on you while you're voicing a complaint. In researching this firm, I found many discrepancies. Do your homework before you hire them. There are plenty of other firms that will do a better job.

Client is expected to take it upon themselves to do everything. Attny. does does not direct client on different avenues to take. Attny. should direct client to go to different Dr. If medical issues are mentioned,attny.should have clients pursue it in more depth.
