Working with this attorney made my disability case so much easier to get through. It was a slow process, but they were always willing to offer encouragement and answer questions. Their way of explaining things made everything so much easier to understand.

In the 2+ years they were my attorneys, I never spoke to an actual attorney, until an hour before my hearing.. In the hearing the attorney did not have all of the health documents that were involved in my claim and they had to get an extension... Another delay! The office did not supply my Atty what she needed..no communication!

during the hearing, my lawyer insulted the vocational expert, calling her incompetent, which made her argument invalid even though she admitted there was no job she could see me doing with the problems I have, needless to say, I did not win my case and I am not happy with the service I received.

I had attorney Toomey and had the worst experience never got to talk to him in 3 years of getting denied I talked to him maybe 4 times and the last time I got denied after having a hearing with the judge I would have won my case if my lawyer would have sent the judge my medical records from my second stroke I would have won but it was to difficult for them to do that when the judge gave them a 25 day extension to get him the paperwork and the judge even called my lawyers office and never got a call back and he had no choice but to deny my case and when I finally got to talk to my lawyer he said they got the run around trying to get my records they gave me the number to get my records and I called and got them emailed to me and I emailed to greeman and Toomey in 10 minutes they are incompetent and don't care about their clients find a different lawyer again I had Toomey representing me so maybe Greeman is better and Toomey is his wife's inbred cousins kid

I would not be able to refer Greeman Toomey to anyone. As my son’s Personal Representative, I helped him hire this law firm to represent him in a Social Security Disability case. I never once spoke to one of the attorneys—only a couple paralegal assistants. I provided all the medical information they needed to submit to SSA. Before a decision by SSA was made, my son died, and I notified the law office of my son’s death and signed more forms regarding his case. Shortly after my son’s death, SSA approved his disability claim. Over a year after my son’s death and the attorney received his compensation from SSA, I receive a letter addressed to my son at my address. The letter thanks Nathan for being a client and tells him that he can contact their office if he has any questions. The letter goes on to ask for referrals and includes business cards. I’m appalled that this attorney office is not more on the ball to know send such a letter. There are other firms with compassion.

This was the worst group of people to help me in my case the worker never contacted me and there communication totally sucked you would think they would atleast give you a call about your case once the person handling my case from before got fired from not doing the right things with my case and overall I lost my case due too poor communication I would not recommend thee people to fight for you I'm so disappointed because I'm on meds that ultimately would qualify for disability but when you have people who don't want to take the time and fight for you or even to call to say hey this is what's going on with your case its sad so I would just like to say there services are poor and wouldn't recommend them to no one also I got hung up on for asking why I haven't been contacted.

I was represented by greeman Toomey and was denied months ago, yesterday I received a letter in the mail saying my case was resolved favorably and my benefits will be issued ...I called because last I heard from him was he will not continue to work on my case after it was denied. He failed to submit over 700 medical pages and argued with the judge overseeing my over the phone hearing....yes they sent me a approval letter in error I will let everyone I know wanting to be represented by greeman and Toomey my experience with this firm . Sending this letter in error is very unorganized and very hurtful to me . Thank you for sending me a list of all the places you thought I was going to give you a good review on with the letter you accidentally sent me

AVOID!! Lack of communication, no follow through. I had 2 separate judge hearings 11 months apart because they didn't give the judge the paperwork that was requested. They had 21 days to submit additional records, per the judge's direct request (during the 1st hearing). The same judge then reprimanded the attorney during the 2nd hearing because it took them 7 MONTHS to submit said paperwork. Attorney still didn't have all the needed paperwork, so the judge gave yet another 14 day extension, this is after the 2nd hearing, mind you. The judge still didn't get requested paperwork. I'm completely disgusted. This was a new level of incompetence. They completely misrepresented me. Now I have to start all over after wasting 2 precious years with this useless practice. I forgot to say... I worked with one attorney during my first hearing, then 5 days or so before my second hearing, a different attorney from the practice took over my case, who wasn't even remotely familiar with my case.
