Mike Hayes did a great job for me at trial on the issue of whether my BAC was .15 at the time of my offense. There were many evidence issues that Mike was able to spring at trial. We were well prepared for all the scenarios that could occur in court and we prevailed. The judge granted our motion for a directed verdict at the close of the prosecutor’s case despite the prosecutor having a state expert at the trial. Mike was able to save the expense of having our own expert testify at trial.
Mr. Hayes has been very instrumental in the success of my family due to his outstanding achievements on our behalf. He has reduced tickets to a zero point offense for my husband who has a CDL. My son had a speeding ticket for 37 over and Mr. Hayes was able to amend it to "no license on person" a zero point offense! Mr. Hayes' efforts saved my son's job.
