Attorney Michael Hayes recently obtained a complete dismissal of an operating under the influence 3rd offense charge in Milwaukee County Circuit Court for a violation that occurred in October 2021. He filed a motion challenging the right of the West Allis police department to arrest me. He and his assistant Sarah Wheatley prepared a great motion supported by audio/video evidence showing that two officers illegally entered my residence and subsequently arrested me for drunk driving. The charge of refusing to submit to a blood draw was also dismissed.
