Hired Law Firm

I am a Private Investigator who needed a probate attorney. I contacted Brockett McNeel who stated that they could accomplish a probate filing within two (2) months. It has been over 4 months and nothing has been filed. Mr. McNeel has not returned one of my numerous phone messages nor has he responded to two emails to him one since March 3, 2020. Most amazing is that this website represents that Brockett & McNeel have experience and are knowledgeable about Estate Matters. Not true. If you look at Brockett & McNeel's Areas of Practice, Probate or Estate Planning is not listed. Heed my warning, stay away from this law firm. This law firm has costed my client $105,250.00 due to Mr. McNeel's unknowledgeable of what to file or just has decided that my clients don't really need to recovery their $105,250.00 afterall. There is no way to talk your way out of being retained on a case and then filing nothing for 3 months.

Hired Law Firm

Brad Miller is super lazy and selfish. He only works to earn money and doesn’t work for his clients best interest. I have unequivocal proof to back up my claim against Brad (ask him) I hired Brad to fight for 50/50 custody, no primary residence (our founding fathers #1 option in divorce) in which I learned afterwards Brad does not believe in. Brad believes in the unfortunately sad and stupid system that loving fathers our unequal to loving mothers. Brad act$ like a kidnapper$ a$$i$tant.
