Worse law firm you could ever hire. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing but lies. That sales pitch about how I will fight for you and give you medical care and so on. LIES. I was in a major car accident with catastrophic injuries as they stated they convinced me to change from my current lawyer to them cause morgan morgan is so much better . LIES LIES LIES . THEY DENIED M me medical treatment that they promised I would get. Not one doctor appointment they made just excuses after excuses . 1 year has passed buy my health from the accident gets worse and worse and not 1 single doctor appointment was ever made not 1. So if u you want be lied to and taken advantage of and feel like you worthless and alow tou body to be destroyed and in pain 24/7 do to know medical help. Then there for you. Daniel Kim is the worse attorney that exists lots of lies . Lots of false hopes and promises. Stay far far away.

Don't ever hire these attorneys. They don't call you back and they will put you with a paralegal. They would rather e-mail you than talk to you on the phone. It's been 7 months since my son was hurt on the job and they have done nothing for him.

Buyer BEWARE! I hired Morgan & Morgan 1.5 years ago on a small case that still is not closed. My experience: 1) Because my case is small, the firm has been VERY SLOW to act. I've begged, countless times, for them to move forward. Note - Begging doesn't work. Clients are ignored.They didn't act on submitting my case to the defendant until my insurance company went to subrogation - a year later! 2) If you get ANY response from them when calling (from owner to lawyer), it is days/weeks later - if they return the call. Responses include apologies - and then they disappear again. I was told to use the client portal instead of calling. What? 3) They lie. The old "check is in the mail" promise from the case workers is in full effect. Good luck on seeing anything. 4) They don't pay attention to details. I had to remind them to pursue my insurance company too. They were ready to close my case with money still on the table. Not to mention, their standard retainer is 40%- HIGH, for poor service.

These Attys don’t even talk to potential clients! They are a greedy bunch who use screeners and if they don’t think it’s a big enough money making lawsuit they tell their outside screeners who call you constantly that they won’t take your case! Not one atty contacted me! Sorry Morgan and Morgan that my case wasn’t a million dollar lawsuit. And you are supposed to be representing the people? Yeah right. Only if it’s a huge money making lawsuit! They can’t be bothered with small lawsuits. That’s ok I’ll find a lawyer that cares. Adios

Hiring Morgan and Morgan was the worst.mustake I could have made. Not only did they have me see there doctors which ran up a 20k dollar bill before the surgery I needed but can't afford , they settled my case without my consent. Nothing for my neck injurys, nothing for lost wages(over 25k that my employer proved with paperwork) there doctor missed the broken wrist I sustained during the car accident (MRI findings are clear as day from there own personal doctor) They lied to me and told me they didn't settle with insurance company I had to find out by emailing the insurance company to ask them!! And I still have t received a red vent for a wreck that I was sitting prone at.a red light and was rear.ended For God's sake don't let them steal your money like they did mine 😢

Mr. Gelinas is absolutely NOT to be trusted. His son Holden scammed my friend out of $700. She texted his mom and called his dad leaving a voice mail regarding the matter and they have been ignoring it. This has been going on for weeks and my friend still hasn’t gotten a response or her money. Holden said his father sent a check, but there was no check. My mother is a lawyer and Jason Gelinas is the most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever heard of. I tried calling his office and he didn’t even respond. He should get his license revoked. Him and his family are okay with his son scamming people through cash app and are doing nothing about it. We tried to give him a chance before we went to the police, BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. They are trying to sweep the situation under the rug. I would rather hire a convict than hire Jason Gelinas. Him and his family are selfish scammers who are not to be trusted. DO NOT HIRE JASON GELINAS.

I called hoping someone would evaluate my situation to see if I had a case. I had some gal ask me very general questions about my case and then tell me that they could not take it. They never heard specific details about my situation to make this quick decision. When I asked why, she couldn't give me a reason. When I asked if I could speak to someone who could or have someone call me back she said no. Morgan & Morgan false advertises. At least the other attorney took the time to talk in detail before telling me his fees were too expensive for me to take the case.

I contacted Morgan and Morgan 8 months ago for disability assistance. They took my case but I could not contact them about my med changes about my appointments about the fact that I had been in the psych ward twice that year. I called for 7 weeks in a row never able to speak to anyone each time having to leave a message with my worker, and never once got a return call in 8 months I was never contacted until today when they let me know that my case was denied. How do you win a case when you've never contacted the client even after seven requests they don't even know I was in the psych hospital I've lost my past two jobs because of my condition. They obviously care less about their clients I don't know how they make any money I would never recommend them to anyone ever! You could never win a case with representation like this I give them two thumbs down, I'm calling the better Business bureau because they should not be allowed to practice, Im even unable to talk to office mgr
