I am a healthcare provider in Canada and signed an agreement in 2022 to provide treatment to two of their Canadian Clients and be reimbursed at the end of the claim. They owe me a good sum of money (likely much to them) and I haven't been able to get them to return a phone call for months. I would recommend that all outside healthcare providers think twice before signing any agreements with this agency.

To anyone considering their services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The initial promises of dedicated service and client care were not upheld in my experience. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation of dealing with a company that fails to communicate and follow through on their commitments. There are plenty of other law firms out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan and strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this company. I hired them to handle a legal case, which was settled for $25,000. However, despite the case being resolved, I have yet to receive my settlement. The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. Janet Berry Hansberry was my case manager, and Andre Marques was the principal attorney. Run! Run faster than Forest Gump and get away from these people! They are not who they say they are! Contacted them online to see if they could handle my case and they had a recorded call sent to my phone 14 times in 3 days. Then when I called them, I went thru a questions and answers with an assistant and then was told they couldn't handle the case. Highly recommend to stay away from these people " They are for their "own" people (rich) and NOT for the "common" (poor) people.

Horrible My Daughter was involved in an automobile accident 2 years ago. A business truck, ran a red light and hit her. She has permanent neck injuries and terrible anxiety that has to be treated with medication. Morgan and Morgan has tossed her case several times to different case managers. NOTHING has been resolved and she still has all of her medical bills to pay for, including several er trips for panic attacks. Her Husband has missed several days of work to take care of her 3 boys. This company is terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE… Hiring Morgan and Morgan turned out to be a mistake. I originally hired the firm after hearing John Morgan’s very touching advertisements about how much he and his firm cares about their clients. But that wasn’t the truth in my case. In addition to being unorganized and ineffective throughout the course of my case, my lawyers Arthur Petrousian and Erik Harper also treated me very poorly during a time when I was in need of support the most. For example, my attorneys would often direct their anger and frustration at me whenever they didn’t get their way with the defense. I was constantly talked down to. Mr. Petrousian and Mr. Harper also lacked accountability when making mistakes and weren’t always committed. Can you believe they failed to appear at one of my court dates and never took responsibility or even apologized? At one point, Mr. Petrousian even admitted that he stopped working on my case. When I sought out help, Mr. Morgan was nowhere to be found. Good luck!

Will not fight for u. Didn't for me anyway. If they think it will be hard to do. They close the case or as they told me. They have to part ways. Left me in limbo for over a month with very little communication. Would not recommend using them

The worst attorneys in the country! 4 years into a disability case, I've been contacted by phone 3 times. When I've contacted them, there is always a new case manager that is rude and somewhat clueless. At the 4 year mark, I reached out to them and was told that we would schedule a hearing. It was confirmed that a hearing was scheduled and shortly, thereafter, I received notice from Social Security that Morgan and Morgan has withdrawn. They quit and didn't even inform the me! After 4 years of nothing??! I will seek a malpractice attorney and expose these crooks! Please read my review and do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan and Morgan! You'll thank me later.

I must admit, there is no communication at all, Kayla Faig and Victoria Herman are the worst duo. Victoria told me that my employer wanted to settle, so we discussed numbers, then I get a message saying they finally wanna send me to the doctor after we’ve just talked about settling. I feel like she played me just to buy some time. I don’t know if she’s working for me, or my employer. I’m discussed with Morgan and Morgan at this point. And her assistant Kayla never returns calls or keeps me informed on what’s going on. Morgan and Morgan is not living up to the hype for me at all.

I tried to get Morgan & Morgan to represent me on my Social Security disability I have yet to get a call back from Morgan & Morgan in December I had to call them to make sure they did get my appeal in after calling for multiple weeks after calling for multiple weeks no call back now is February and I found out my case my appeal been denied I call again of course the paralegal lawyer never answers no call back I had spinal surgery last July and I can't work this is very unacceptable, I responded to the reply on last review and I’m ask why I’m calling like I wasn’t told to call
