He fraud me,and stole my money. I don't trust him. They don't answer the phone when you call. I have leave messages to call me and they don't. I reported him to BBB. He had his secretary to send me a message, when I call she doesn't answer my calls.
I hired this attorney for a family case, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. During the consultation, he promised to be a fierce advocate, but after we paid, he vanished. Getting in touch with him or anyone in his office was an impossible task. Updates took days, if not weeks to receive, and we had to request copies of motions due to frequent errors. Worse, he cited a heart attack for his unresponsiveness, a claim that seemed sketchy based on other reviews. His lack of aggression in fighting for our needs was frustrating. When our initial retainer ran out, he suddenly reappeared, pressuring us for another lump sum. This decision turned out to be a grave mistake, as he disappeared yet again, and our case remained unresolved. This attorney's conduct and professionalism were deeply disappointing. I question how someone like him could practice law. I'm taking steps to report him to the Florida Bar, and I suggest you think TWICE before hiring the services of Mr Kaplan.
personally hired this attorney for a family matter and he actually made me believe he was going to properly represent me, after my retainer fee was taken i never heard back from him. To get in contact with anyone in the office you have to call many times and if you do research on Mr.Kaplans reviews you can see he has done this to many clients, taken their money and gone silent. Also disreguard him answering to negative reviews saying they are fake, he says all negative review are fake. I have proof of hiring Mr.Kaplan and also proof of the lack of communication. I also reported him to the Florida bar for taking my money and not doing a thing for me. Search further before giving your hard earned money to this guy.
He will run with your money and tell you it’s not refundable. Don’t trust this man. He spends his day replying to his bad reviews on Google instead of actually helping clients.
Worst experience. Greedy for money. Had an agreement for 2000 bucks for my case and ended up paying more than 6500 bucks and case was lost. My ex took injunction against me based on false accusations and I kept on asking him to defend me in court as I had enough evidences to prove myself innocent. Instated of listening to me, he ended up me accepting indefinite injunction in court. The other party was a free legal aid attorney who did better then him. I went off lot of suffering and it was a horrible experience. Ultimately state investigated the case and I provided them evidence of my innocence and they agreed and dismissed the allegations against me. I asked him to at least represent me in court for dismissal of injunction as I prove my self innocent to the state and they dismissed the grounds of injunction after 3 years. He asked me another fee of 1500 bucks. This man has no soul or shame. He is a Narcissist. I would recommend free legal aid over him.
The absolute worst. Hiring Kenneth Kaplan is hiring a guaranteed failure. Not only did he fake heart attacks when I’d call to speak to him but he also made my situation substantially worse than it was before I got to him. He bamboozled me. He’s a philanderer of the lowest specimen. I can’t believe this country allowed this man to practice law. SAVE YOURSELF. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT HIRE KENNETH KAPLAN.
Working with this lawyer was a bad experience. Paid him full and during mediation he tried to hustle me to pay him another grand. Never was there. Wasn’t aggressive and every time you call him he doesn’t know who you are. Unprepared and he’s only there to take your money. Please becareful.
