I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional.

The most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered. I filed pro-se initially then made mistake and hired him. He does not fight for you..tries to take path of least resistance by waiting on mediation and doing very little to get justice. I requested statement of account several times and he not his staff responded. After I complained to the Florida bar he sent a bill in which he charged for text messages prior to the agreement being signed in an attempt to pad his bill. He failed to inform me about interrogatories and did not file anything with regards to that
Never answer his calls or emails. Always changes the price, and team is rude. I dont recomend him at all. Look elsewhere. Not a nice staff, always busy. You have to call them a bunch of times to get them to just answer a call.
