Volk Law Offices, P.A. is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Melbourne, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing state and federal civil litigation, business law, real estate and 137 other areas of law.
As many negative reviews of Volk Law firm state, his speciality includes sending copious amounts of invoices for scanning and uploading documents. I have now been ridiculed with emails by Mr. Siemer stating that since I won’t pay more invoices, he is dropping my case. He has been mocking my company and is threatening to now sue me after I hired him for my case. I have paid thousands of dollars for him to ridicule me instead of help me and represent me. I have email correspondence showing how this attorney has caused more harm than good.
After having a consultation that was supposed to last an hour but only lasted 40 min, I decided to hire him since I was in an urgent situation for a lawyer to make me a contract stating that I am selling my share to my business partner, noting that he assured it’ll only take 2 hours to be done but I won’t receive it until 2 days from hiring him and it’ll cost no more than $310 specifically. So I went with it. 2 days passed, I haven’t received anything from them! Another week passed and I still didn’t receive anything so I gave them a call to see what is going on. They told me that he had an urgent case and he won’t be able to finish my contract until another 5 days so I asked her to cancel my services and I don’t want it anymore as I am in a rush to get one. Then, the bill comes and it is $400 for literally NOTHING!! I didn’t receive the contract but I had to pay it to get my $2,500 retainer back. Waste of time and money. Don’t do my mistake and get yourself a professional lawyer.
I went to Volk Law looking for help and reassurance. Michael Dujovne assisted me. I have never been through such a stressful experience in my life. Not only did I feel that they could care a less about me but I paid thousands of dollars and got nowhere. I explained my concerns to Mr. Volk and he and Mr. Dujovne pulled the "good ol boy" routine on me and treated me like an idiot and charged me for the conference call! I would NEVER use them again let alone recommend them.
