Volk Law Offices, P.A. is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Melbourne, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing state and federal civil litigation, business law, real estate and 137 other areas of law.
David Volk and his team were a beacon of hope to my wife and I at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nearly impossible. Our case involve fraud and misrepresentation with regards to a major residential real estate transaction. Proving a case like this is very difficult and required substantial knowledge of real estate and tort law. The Volk Law team doesn’t just accept any case, and with us they truly sympathized with our situation and their passion showed.
