When no one else could help me, I turned to Mr. Boyer for help. Although I was denied loan modification twice from Bank of America, Mr. Boyer told me that my best chance would be a loan modification through the Bankruptcy Court's mortgage modification program. Boyer Coffy, LLC was the most professional law firm that I have ever worked with in my professional career. The communication between the firm and myself was flawless and consistent. The pricing for my issue (Chapter 7 Bankruptcy) was fair and "flat rate" rather than ridiculous "per hour" rates charged by most law firms. I would recommend Mr. Leonard Boyer as an attorney for any legal issue. "Affordable expertise" is written on their business cards, and it is true to form.
Unfortunately, Mr.Boyer did not show professional conduct in my case. All I asked - to request my family case. $5500 was paid. Four months later- no Case, no money. Sorry to say this, but It looks like pure fraud.
A word of caution for anyone considering this firm: Leonard Boyer has a documented disciplinary history with the New Jersey Disciplinary Review Board, including a 2022 admonition for gross neglect. Public court records in Mercer and Gloucester counties show former clients have had to sue him and obtain six-figure judgments. Court filings also reveal a pattern of missed deadlines, ignored court orders, and motions that judges have described as lacking specificity. All of this is publicly available on NJ eCourts. Please research before you retain.
