Mr. Seaton Jr. was my attorney in my criminal case for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was able to work hard and get the case dismissed before entering a plea and being forced to go to trial. Very knowledgeable in firearms rights and defenses. Richard worked endlessly to defend my name and actions and I will forever be grateful for his work and the firms work on my behalf to get a justified resolution to my unlawful arrest. Now I can go on about my life and take it off hold since this is behind me now. I highly recommend Richard and his firm to handle any legal issues especially Criminal Defense.

Richard and his staff took care of my difficult situation and kept my kids and I safe at the same time! Richard is very knowledgeable helped get matters resolved as quickly as possible. His staff was very kind and curterous. I'm so thankful for all the help I was provided! My kids and I are so happy and grateful for our new start on life! Richard is extremely knowledgeable in the law and if he didn't know the answer, he did the research and found one. I may not have always liked what he had to say, but he was always honest and upfront. I knew the battle from the beginning. Richard and his team were amazing, whether it was emails, calls, or in person appointments, an answer was always given. They didn't leave me wondering what was happening. I was always kept up to date on where the cases were at. I will always appreciate everything Richard and his team did for my family and highly recommend their services.

Mr. Seaton and his staff are extremely professional, meticulous and technical sound in their abilities to meet your recommended agenda for your case. Even if your case doesn’t turnout to be a win, it won’t be because of their lack of experience or effort in results. I am satisfied and happy that I chose and found them by happenstance through a google search. If you reside in the Fort Bragg, JC or Manhattan area, then they should be your default attorney regardless of fee. You get what you pay for and they are worth more than what they charge.

Never had been in trouble before so the whole court experience for me was enough to make my anxiety worse than it already is. Richard Jr was really personable in that aspect and making sure I always knew what the next steps would be and did everything in his power to make me not go into court as little a possible understanding it triggers my anxiety. He really is compassionate in all aspects and will do whatever is in his power to get you the outcome you want, will not be able to thank this man enough, worth the money by far. If you have the option to ever choose him I hope you shoose correctely.

I had an extremely emotional case, Richard met various people in my family and was very down to earth and respectable. Not only is Richard the best attorney that I have worked with, he was also able to do so while being very warm and inviting. He is the kind of guy that you want to have a conversation with and would love to have your back. He makes every dime count and is determined to do what he can for his client(s). I have had an opportunity to work with Richard Seaton a few times over the past 20 years. He has been so helpful and a lifesaver to my family and me in our time of need. Recently I had an employee that needed assistance. I quickly referred him to Richard Seaton. Richard did not have to assist my employee, but he did. Unfortunately, what my employee was going through had the possibility of making him lose his job. As a single parent, He needed this job more than anyone. I wanted to fight for him and assist him in getting his legal issue taken care of. I emailed Richard, and he was willing to help. My employee will be able to keep his job and provide for his family thanks to Richard Seaton.
