I highly recommend this practice. Richard was honest from the start, and took my case in a calm and collective manner. He did not once exaggerate the outcome and discussed the next steps in detail before our court appearances so I felt prepared. I really appreciate his professionalism in this matter, and can not thank him enough.

Working with Richard Seaton was such a great experience! Since the pandemic is going on it’s been extremely hard to get in touch with people, but fortunately I was able to book an appointment and talk to Seaton on the same day! Very reliable and comfortable to work with. He explained everything to me so I could understand clearly with little confusion. He also was able to get my case resolved so I didn’t have to go to court! Mr. Seaton is an amazing attorney and I highly recommend his services!

Richard is extremely good at explaining things at a level that is easy to understand and comprehend. He is very communicative on options, ramifications, and what he feels would be the best course of action. He is a great person to deal with and is well worth anything. Even though I am not in his local area anymore, I will continue to use him for everything I possibly can.

Richard was incredibly helpful in setting up a trust and guiding me through the NFA laws. He worked hard to ensure that everything is in compliance and I know what I have to do. He has been a wealth of knowledge when questions come up and has been incredibly patient with questions, changes, and modifications. I can't stress enough the benefit of employing a lawyer who knows this field, studies up on the best practices, and can be a resource, rather than just taking the generic online option and hoping that you're in compliance. His rates are very reasonable and I consider it money well spent. He is also an incredibly nice person and I highly recommend him if you are thinking about getting into this area or need modifications to an existing trust.

When Richard took over my case, he and his paralegal Caitlin were amazing. They did whatever was needed to straighten out a very crooked situation. They always responded quickly and seemed to actually care about getting me what I deserved instead of just getting their money. I love them and am so glad I fell into their laps!

Mr. Seaton, Jr. is refreshing. Having dealt with quite a few attorneys, he is respectful, caring, and very good at what he does.
