I Hired Richard to assist with my divorce. I really appreciated his down to earth, common sense approach to things. Richard never blows smoke and always shoots straight. I like that his focus is always on doing the right thing for everyone involved. I feel like I always had a good idea of what was going on and what to expect. Elaine, Sumer, and the rest of the staff in the office has always been very nice and done everything possible to get me taken care of. I recommend Richard all the time.

Hired Law Firm

I asked to meet with Richard Seaton for consult on a class III license for firearms. Mr. Seaton was very up front with me about the questions I had and direct with his answers. His help to sort out the misinformation I found online and other personal contacts was extremely helpful. I know as a Kansan, I can trust Seaton Law Offices to guide me in the right direction when it comes to my second amendment rights. I'd recommend him to anyone who asks.

Hired Attorney Richard H. Seaton Jr.

I hired Richard to represent me in obtaining custody of my daughters. Richard had complete opposition from the opposing counsel and parties. He was still able to come through and get my daughters back home for me. I am very grateful for his services and the advice he gave me through the very long process. I would highly recommend him to others.
