My journey for fairness in my workplace began with a Saturday phone call to leave a message, but to my surprise, Jesse Weinstein, a partner at the firm, picked up. After I shared my concerns about workplace harassment, Jesse not only listened attentively but also took on my case, assigning it to one of the Associates, Jason Stump. Like many workplace disputes, Jason was upfront and transparent about the challenges of going up against a large, powerful organization. He didn’t sugar-coat any part of the process, which made it easier for me to make informed decisions. Jason carefully reviewed my letter of appeal for a promotion and helped me draft two discrimination complaints. While it will be months before my appeal and complaints are resolved, thanks to Jason Stump, I feel like my voice was heard.
