Jesse Weinstein was able to scrape well past the surface with the documentation I provided and use his scope to create a plan a, b, and c within what was known to be unlawful based on the web of information. He is a strategic, meticulous and also an empathetic person on an interaction-to-interaction basis while remaining concise. I was prone to checking in likely more frequently than most clients and wanting to know all the details anyways; this was no problem for Jesse and he was able to communicate what was behind the curtain and the full scope of well-designed progress. Contacting Phillips and Associates was a empowering and humanizing experience that countered the unfortunate circumstances and low morale that had initially led me to seek them out. My case was handed to multiple attorneys throughout the process and landed on the desk of Max Bracero, Esq. Max did spend a lot of time with me, listening and understanding my position, and worked hard to create the most seamless transition possible. In the end, my case settled above the amount we were shooting for. The 40% fee is steep but they took the case when most local attorney's told me I had no case, so in the end it was worth it.

Hired Attorney Jesse Curtis Rose

Arrogant, self-absorbed and unempathetic. Run don't walk to the nearest exit. I did not "choose" to hire this man, he was hired "as counsel" by the lawfirm I did hire. My suit was complicated and trauma based. He made matters worse. The reason many people don't pursue justice--attorneys like Jesse Rose.

1.Company wanted 40% off my winnings.
2.They meet with the other side behind clients back.
3.They stated that there was a good case and that the other side was trying to make a offer and resolve the case than after his contact with the other side he drops the case and totally lied to me.( Why will you put a few months in a case than drop it after meeting with the other side?).
4. Alex never returned my calls on time.
5. Spoke with his secretary on a holiday and lets just say there not honest.
