This guy works for a crooked lawfirm they have been sued numerous times. I am suing this guy and filing a FTC and a CFPB complaint was already filed. Don't agree to anything these clowns say. They improperly served me at the wrong address wrong jurisdiction wrong county. If that isn't unethical what is?

No one and I mean no one from this law firm will return your calls, emails, etc. I would NEVER recommend this company. I’ve left countless voicemails, sent emails and even had to file my own motions because the attorney would not do his job!

Non-communicative. Does not reply to voicemails or emails as presented in their threatening mail/invoices. Keep trying to debit my account despite being asked not to. Bottom of the barrel, predatory company. Absolutely vile people.

They placed a lien on our home without notice! They won't return calls or emails. This law office is a joke! Capital one should be ashamed at hiring this law firm!!! Reported them to the BBB!!! Highly disappointed

they have been ILLEGALLY garnishing the wages of a MINOR for over a month now. we have talked to them multiple times and they have not done anything about it. 95% of the time they do not answer calls. they also don’t call you back or answer emails. we have hundreds of dollars he needs to be reimbursed for and they are still continuing to take money out of the minors paychecks.

After many unanswered emails and voicemails they are still sending mail and officers to my home after I've already sent them a death certificate for my grandfather. I would never recommend this law firm. Highly unprofessional and non-responsive.

This firm represents major credit card Companies that harass Elderly and Disabled individuals, and go as far as issuing Garnishment proceedings to collect money for their "Mega Rich" Clients. Doing this is clearly violates Federal Law. Senior Citizens on SSI and SSDI Bank Accounts are protected by Federal Laws. They break Federal guidelines daily, just to harass individuals. This firm targets Seniors and that are on "Very Low Fixed Incomes". This Law Firm represents the "Mega Rich" Credit Card Companies. AVOID USING Lloyd and McDaniel at all cost. Go to a reputable Law Firm with Reputable Attorneys. This firm is a total disgrace to the legal profession. Find a Law Firm, with good ratings. This is a "Call Saul" Law firm. If you have issues in the past with this firm, file a complaint with The State Bar of Kentucky.

This Attorney breaks Federal Laws daily by harassing individuals on SSI and SSDI. Federal Law clearly states that Social Security Incomes in Bank Accounts are protected. Yet this Attorney goes after, and harasses the elderly daily, for their "Mega Rich" Clients. These type of Attorneys, such as Ian S. Green, are the lowest level in the legal profession. If you have had issues with Ian S. Green in the present or Past and you are on Social Security Income, please issue a complaint with The Kentucky State Bar. This Attorney is a "Call Saul" Attorney, and should be disbarred.

This place is awful at returning emails & calls. I have been leaving voicemails with this company because I overpaid my account and have been trying to get reimbursed for the amount I have overpaid. They never call back or email back. They are basically stealing from me.

Sad bunch of people here. Collecting debts from 13 + years ago. Freezing peoples accounts. Not sending any information about the so called back account. Charging interest on accounts they let set for 13+ years. Gotta love our law system. Steal from the poor and line you pockets LAWYERS.
