sued me on behalf of credit acceptance, i told her i was disabled and she took advantage of that by throwing a lot of quick lawyer jargon at me and talked her way into getting me to consent for her to proceed with the law suite even though being on disability she knew they wont be able to actually get any thing from me, 2 years later im sitting with paper work from the court and on hold on phone for near an hour trying to settle to get the credit acceptance loan off my report. i may consider getting my own lawyer and suing theses guys, taking advantage of the disabled to push a lawsuit that wont produce anything is unethical and shady as hell

An absolute joke! Does not answer e-mails, calls, or letters. I have no idea what she even does all day because it's not her job. I have no clue how she even still has one. I would be embarrassed to call myself a lawyer and do the disgusting job she does.

This is the absolute most vile and disgusting group of lawyers I have ever seen. They are so unprofessional. They don't answer e-mails, letters, or settlement requests. They will go after you for fraudulent debts. I would be embarrassed to work for such a low level slum company.

I was making payments as set up tp pay back the credit card company.. They said I did not make two payments. when I indeed have made have proof of that but they did not want to listen to me, I called to pay in full after sitting on hold for hours and hours they told me I could not pay the full amount. So I got a garnishment on my pay. They are shady. Dealingd going on here. Not Honest at all. Cheatin g people our of money. I am not saying I owe the money but when I was in the process of paying they do this . Its so wrong on thier aer. Shure they have a good rate of collecting . But they are a bunch of Liars.. Do not believe anythingthey tell you .

communication terrible, customer service terrible, extremely rude, no response to numerous messages left on phone or emails. was transferred to a representative several times who was never available. All that was needed was info on wage garnishment. Been trying to get since middle of September....

I called the firm and requested to speak to lawyer and I had to speak to whoever answered the phone. We ended up putting my account on hold until we could get my questions answered. Told me to call back in a week. I called back and since its on a hold they cant discuss the account -but went ahead and sent my garnishment to my employer without the hold being settled. Very unprofessional. They took my number twice now to call me back and haven't heard from anyone.

I was contacted by Lloyd & McDaniel concerning a debt that they claim I owe, so I contacted them via telephone and email with only one response, "we cannot find your file, please provide the reference number, your full name and address", which I have done twice. As of this writing I have had no reply from this law firm.

This woman does NOT read or comprehend paperwork for something that was paid in full for a bill and she doesn't return calls or answser emails. She harrasses ppl and files lawsuits for soemthign that doesn't even warrant suing for.

Junk debt buyer, quick to garnish wages. Don’t forget, though, there’s also plenty of great bankruptcy attorneys out there so don’t let these folks get you down. Their representative Terrence Green helped me figure that out.

This guy works for a crooked lawfirm they have been sued numerous times. I am suing this guy and filing a FTC and a CFPB complaint was already filed. Don't agree to anything these clowns say. They improperly served me at the wrong address wrong jurisdiction wrong county. If that isn't unethical what is?
