I am very pleased with the professionalism and determination of Mr. Dodd and his associates. Throughout my case, Mr Dodd responded promptly to my inquiries; he made himself available after regular working hours when needed; and, he was patient in explaining the progress of my case to me. In court, Mr Dodd was prepared and effective, having mastered the details of my case. Allen Dodd was great! He was professional and very thorough. He listened intently and did not make us feel bad about our situation. He quickly gave us options and communicated with us throughout the whole process. I was very concerned that this collection would effect not only the selling of my old home but the buying of my new home. He assured me that he would work quickly to resolve the issue.
